동치미 육수,양지, 무절임

조리방법:

면 1분간 삻은후 찬물에 두세번 행군다.

해동한 육수를 면에 부어 잘 섞는다.

Cooking Instructions:

Boil the noodles for 1 minute, then rinse them in cold water two or three times.

Pour the thawed broth over the noodles and mix well.
